Birding with Aashay
Aashay will lead a birding walk through the scenic San Joaquin Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary, where participants will observe a diverse array of bird species in their natural habitat. This guided experience will provide birding enthusiasts of all levels with a chance to learn more about local wildlife, sharpen their bird identification skills, and immerse themselves in the beauty of this protected wetland area.

Join Cool OC for bird watching walk at the San Joaquin Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary. Our student leader, Aashay who has been birding for 6 years, will lead this walk. At this time in March, there will be a lot of duck species that came for winter and some early migrant warblers, but we'll primarily see the usual residents of the marsh, like herons or grebes.
