This state of the art facility features the nation’s first all electric hospital, setting a new standard for environmentally friendly healthcare. During the tour, we will get a firsthand look at how this cutting edge campus differs from traditional hospitals and how it reduces its environmental impact, supporting a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Speakers and Tour Leads: 

Jill Cheng, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, an Associate Principal with over 20 years of experience in planning, design, and project management for institutional projects, including healthcare, higher education, and K–12 facilities. She specializes in navigating complex codes and guidelines and holds degrees from Rice University and UC Berkeley. 

Ruju Rathod, Director of Sustainability, who brings 17 years of experience leading sustainability efforts across more than 90 projects in sectors such as healthcare, higher education, and corporate campuses. She oversees the firm’s sustainability strategy and guides clients through LEED certification, with academic credentials from Carnegie Mellon University and Mumbai University.
